At Choices Australia Support Services, we are passionate about supporting people living with psychosocial disability, dual diagnosis, and other disabilities to build meaningful, connected and empowered lives.

With over 20 years of experience working within the complex mental health sector, our team brings deep understanding, compassion and real-world experience to the work we do. We understand that every person’s journey is unique, which is why we provide individualised, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented support tailored to each participant’s goals, strengths and needs.

We specialise in supporting individuals experiencing complex mental health presentations, psychosocial disability, co-occurring disabilities, trauma, substance use challenges, and barriers to community participation. We also work closely alongside local clinicians, hospitals, mental health services and community providers to support participants transitioning safely from inpatient and acute settings back into the community.

Our supports are designed to empower participants to increase independence, build confidence, strengthen connections, and improve overall wellbeing through genuine therapeutic relationships and person-centred care.

At Choices Australia, we believe support should never be one-size-fits-all. We walk alongside our participants with empathy, respect and authenticity. We create safe spaces where people feel heard, valued and supported to move toward the life they choose.

We proudly provide services across the Mid North Coast and Northern Rivers regions of New South Wales, from Coffs Harbour through to the Southern Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
